यह डेटा इंगित करता है कि फरवरी, 2024 के दौरान लगभग 7.78 लाख नए सदस्यों को नामांकित किया गया है। डेटा का एक उल्लेखनीय पहलू 18-25 आयु वर्ग अधिक है, जो फरवरी 2024 में जोड़े गए कुल नए सदस्यों का महत्वपूर्ण 56.36 प्रतिशत है और यह दर्शाता है कि संगठित कार्यबल में शामिल होने वाले अधिकांश व्यक्ति युवा है, मुख्य रूप से पहली बार नौकरी की तलाश करने वाले हैं।

पेरोल डेटा के लैंगिक आधार पर विश्लेषण से पता चलता है कि 7.78 लाख नए सदस्यों में से लगभग 2.05 लाख नई महिला सदस्य हैं। इसके अलावा, महीने के दौरान कुल महिला सदस्यों की संख्या लगभग 3.08 लाख रही। महिला सदस्यों का जुड़ना अधिक समावेशी और विविध कार्यबल की ओर व्यापक बदलाव का संकेत है।
उद्योग-वार डेटा की माह-दर-माह तुलना कंप्यूटर के निर्माण, विपणन और उनकी सर्विसिंग एवं उपयोग में लगे प्रतिष्ठान, प्रदर्शन के लिए कंपनियां/सोसाइटियां/एएसएससी/क्लब/मंडलियां, सड़क मोटर परिवहन, ऑटोमोबाइल सर्विसिंग, वस्त्र आदि उद्योगों में लगे प्रतिष्ठानों में काम करने वाले सदस्यों में वृद्धि को दर्शाती है। कुल शुद्ध सदस्यता में से, लगभग 41.53 प्रतिशत वृद्धि विशेषज्ञ सेवाओं (जनशक्ति आपूर्तिकर्ताओं, सामान्य ठेकेदारों, सुरक्षा सेवाओं, विविध गतिविधियों आदि से मिलकर) से हैI
उपरोक्त पेरोल डेटा अनंतिम है क्योंकि डेटा सृजन अपने आप में एक सतत प्रक्रिया है, क्योंकि कर्मचारी रिकॉर्ड को अपडेट करना ही एक सतत प्रक्रिया है। इसलिए पिछला डेटा हर महीने अद्यतन किया जाता है। अप्रैल-2018 के महीने से, EPFO सितंबर, 2017 के बाद की अवधि को समाहित करते हुए पेरोल डेटा जारी कर रहा है। मासिक पेरोल डेटा में, आधार से सत्यापित यूनिवर्सल अकाउंट नंबर के माध्यम से पहली बार EPFO में शामिल होने वाले सदस्यों की संख्यों, EPFO के कवरेज के दायरे से बाहर निकलने वाले वर्तमान सदस्य और जो इससे बाहर निकल गए लेकिन सदस्यों के रूप में फिर से शामिल हो गए, उन्हें शुद्ध मासिक पेरोल में शामिल किया गया है।
