पहले चरण में जिला अंबाला, भिवानी, चरखी दादरी, फतेहाबाद, गुरुग्राम, हिसार, झज्जर, जीन्द, कैथल, करनाल, कुरुक्षेत्र, नारनौल, नूह, पलवल, पानीपत, रेवाड़ी, रोहतक, सिरसा, सोनीपत, यमुनानगर जिलों की ग्राम पंचायतों के सभी पात्र आवेदकों को 100-100 वर्ग गज के आवासीय प्लॉट आवंटित किए गए हैं।
इसी प्रकार, जीन्द, कैथल, करनाल, कुरुक्षेत्र, पानीपत, भिवानी, फतेहाबाद, रोहतक, हिसार जिलों के घुमंतु जाति, विधवा एवं अनुसूचित जाति के सभी पात्र आवेदकों को 100-100 वर्ग गज के आवासीय प्लॉट आवंटित किए गए।
इसके अलावा, महाग्राम पंचायत बहल के सभी पात्र आवेदकों को 50-50 वर्ग गज के आवासीय प्लॉट आवंटित किए गए। अंबाला जिले में 166 पात्र लाभार्थियों, भिवानी में 268, चरखी दादरी में 143, फतेहाबाद में 313, गुरुग्राम में 16 और हिसार में 480 लाभार्थियों को आवासीय प्लॉटों का आवंटन किया गया है।
वहीं झज्जर में 26, जींद में 545, कैथल में 204, करनाल में 316, कुरुक्षेत्र में 186, नारनौल में 85, नूह में 65, पलवल में 17, पानीपत में 314, रेवाड़ी में 134, रोहतक में 176, सिरसा में 370, सोनीपत में 678 और यमुनानगर जिले में 31 पात्र लाभार्थियों को ड्रॉ के माध्यम से आवासीय प्लॉटों का आवंटन किया गया है।
