यह घटना महिलाओं के खिलाफ बढ़ते अपराधों का एक चिंताजनक उदाहरण है। छात्राओं को सुरक्षित वातावरण में काम करने का अधिकार है। ऐसे अपराधियों को कड़ी सजा मिलनी चाहिए ताकि अन्य महिलाओं को इस तरह के अपराधों का सामना न करना पड़े।

मध्यप्रदेश की राजधानी में एक छात्रा के साथ कार्यालय में छेड़छाड़ कर उसे मुख्यमंत्री मोहन यादव के नाम पर धमकाने का मामला सामने आया है। आरोपी छात्रा को यह कहकर धमका रहा था कि उसके चाचा सुनील त्रिपाठी पत्रकार हैं और चाचा की फोटो सीएम के साथ दिखाकर कहता  मेरा कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता।

छात्रा फिनटेक एडू मेटो प्जाला में काउंसलर के रूप में काम करती है।5 अप्रैल 2024 को, सत्यम त्रिपाठी ने छात्रा को केबिन में बुलाया।त्रिपाठी ने छात्रा के साथ अभद्र व्यवहार किया और उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी।छात्रा ने थाना हबीबगंज में आरोपी के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कराई है।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार नूतन कालेज की एमकाम की छात्रा को फिनटेक ऐडू मेटो प्जाला में कांउसलर का कार्य करने वाली छात्रा के साथ वहा काम करने वाले सत्यम त्रिपाठी ने केबिन में आकर बुरी नियत से मुहं दबाकर छेड़छाड़ की और धमकी देतें हुए कहा कि किसी को बताया तो जान से मार दूंगा।

धमकी देते हए सत्यम त्रिपाठी ने कहा कि मेरे चाचा सुनील त्रिपाठी पत्रकार है और मेरे बहुत संबंध हैं मेरा कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकतें और चाचा की मुख्यमंत्री डाक्टर मोहन यादव के साथ फोटो दिखाकर मानसिक दबाव बनाया।

आरोपी ने काम सिखाने के बहाने छात्रा का फोन भी लिया करता था और उसके मोबाइल से अपने मोबाइल पर मैसेज भेजता था। छात्रा ने थाना हबीबगंज में आरोपी के खिलाफ धारा 354 और 506 के तहत FIR दर्ज कराई है। पुलिस आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए उसके घर पहुंची, लेकिन वह फरार हो गया है। पुलिस आरोपी की तलाश कर रही है।
