अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2024 की 100 दिनों की चल रही उलटी गिनती के कार्यक्रम में 7 अप्रैल, 2024 को पुणे महाराष्ट्र के वाडिया कॉलेज स्पोर्ट्स ग्राउंड में आयोजित होने वाले 75वें दिन के काउंटडाउन कार्यक्रम में 5000 से अधिक योग प्रेमी भाग लेंगे।
समग्र स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण दृष्टिकोण पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने और योग की शक्ति को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस महोत्सव में ग्राम प्रधानों, आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं और आशा कार्यकर्ताओं/स्वयं सहायता समूहों, आयुष स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण केंद्रों, निवासी कल्याण संघों (आरडब्ल्यूए), महिला कल्याण संगठनों, स्कूली बच्चों और अन्य लोगों की सक्रिय भागीदारी होगी।
इस उत्सव में प्रतिष्ठित गणमान्य व्यक्तियों, योग गुरुओं/उस्तादों तथा योग एवं संबद्ध विज्ञान के विशेषज्ञों और संस्थानों के अग्रणी व्यक्तियों की भी उपस्थिति होगी। इस योग महोत्सव का मूल उद्देश्य स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण के लिए योग को व्यापक प्रचार और प्रसार देना है जिससे राष्ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दोनों स्तरों पर अधिकतम लोग लाभान्वित हो सकें। अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2024 के 75वें दिन की उलटी गिनती का कार्यक्रम विश्व स्वास्थ्य दिवस के दिन ही है जो 7 अप्रैल, 2024 को पड़ता है।
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस हर साल 21 जून को मनाया जाता है। इस वर्ष भी लोगों को योग के लाभों के बारे में जागरूक करने और समग्र स्वास्थ्य के अंतर्निहित संदेश को विस्तारित करने के लिए 13 मार्च को 100 दिनों की उलटी गिनती शुरू की गई थी। काउंटडाउन कार्यक्रम श्रृंखला के एक भाग के रूप में 75वें दिन की उलटी गिनती को योग महोत्सव के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
इसका आयोजन एक भव्य कार्यक्रम के रूप में हजारों प्रतिभागियों के साथ मोरारजी देसाई राष्ट्रीय योग संस्थान और आयुष मंत्रालय के राष्ट्रीय प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा संस्थान द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से किया जा रहा है। सभी प्रतिभागी 7 अप्रैल, 2024 को सुबह 6.00 बजे से सामान्य योग प्रोटोकॉल के अभ्यास में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल होंगे।
उत्साह और सहभागिता का यह उल्लेखनीय प्रदर्शन व्यक्तिगत और सामाजिक बेहतरी में योग के बढ़ते महत्व को रेखांकित करता है। भारतीय योग एसोसिएशन भी अपने महाराष्ट्र स्टेट चैप्टर के साथ इस 75वें दिन के उलटी गिनती कार्यक्रम में अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 2024 से संबंधित समारोहों में सहायता कर रहा है।
सामान्य योग प्रोटोकॉल इस कार्यक्रम के केंद्र बिंदु में है। सीवाईपीकी रूपरेखा विशेषज्ञों के सुझावों के आधार पर बनाई गई है, क्योंकि इसमें योग के सभी लाभों को प्राप्त करने के लिए दैनिक योग अभ्यास शामिल है। इस प्रोटोकॉल का उद्देश्य प्राणायाम, ध्यान आदि जैसी योग अभ्यासों को लोकप्रिय बनाना है। प्रत्येक योग कार्यकलाप लचीलेपन, शक्ति, संतुलन में सुधार और सद्भाव प्राप्त करने की कुंजी है।
