मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड लिमिटेड, ऊर्जा विभाग व अन्य उपक्रमों की समीक्षा बैठक की अध्यक्षता की।
उन्होंने कहा कि विद्युत बोर्ड को और अधिक दक्ष व व्यावसायिक बनाने की दिशा में प्रदेश सरकार निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। बोर्ड की गतिविधियों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए नवोन्वेषी प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं।
बैठक में यह अवगत करवाया गया कि राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड द्वारा उपभोक्ताओं की केवाईसी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने के लिए अंतिम तिथि 15 फरवरी, 2025 निर्धारित की गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने सम्पन्न विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं से स्वैच्छिक तौर पर सब्सिडी छोड़ने का भी आग्रह किया।मुख्यमंत्री ने बोर्ड की विभिन्न गतिविधियों की समीक्षा की और आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने निर्माणाधीन विद्युत परियोजनाओं की भी विस्तृत जानकारी ली।
बैठक में विधायक संजय अवस्थी, मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सलाहकार राम सुभग सिंह, हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष संजय गुप्ता, मुख्यमंत्री के सचिव राकेश कंवर, मुख्यमंत्री के ओएसडी गोपाल शर्मा और वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
