विधानसभा अध्यक्ष वासुदेव देवनानी ने शुक्रवार को नई दिल्ली में केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन संचालित राष्ट्रीय सिंधी भाषा विकास परिषद की कार्यकारिणी की बैठक में भाग लिया।
बैठक के दौरान देवनानी ने कहा कि बच्चों को पढ़ाए जाने वाली सिंधी भाषा के सिलेबस को नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के अनुरूप तैयार किया जाएगा। इसके लिए एक कमेटी का गठन किया गया है जो एक महीने में इस काम को पूर्ण करके रिपोर्ट राष्ट्रीय सिंधी भाषा विकास परिषद को सौंप देगी।देवनानी ने बताया कि आज कार्यकारिणी की बैठक में परिषद द्वारा संचालित सिंधी लैंग्वेज लर्निंग कोर्स स्कीम सिंधी भाषा के उत्थान के लिए चलाई जा रही वॉलंटरी ऑर्गेनाइजेशन स्कीम्स के साथ-साथ सिंधी भाषा से संबंधित पब्लिकेशन स्कीम की समीक्षा की गई तथा उनसे संबंधित सभी मुद्दों पर विचार विमर्श करके नवीन सुझावों को इस रिव्यू मीटिंग के दौरान काउंसिल के सदस्यों के समक्ष रखा गया इसके सार्थक परिणाम जल्द ही देखने को मिलेंगे।
देवनानी ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय सिंधी भाषा विकास परिषद केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन संचालित है और केंद्र सरकार भाषाओं के विकास और उत्थान के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, इसलिए भाषा विकास परिषदों की भी यह जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि एक लोकप्रिय सरकार की मंशा के अनुरूप भाषा के विकास और उत्थान के लिए काम किया जाए ताकि उस भाषा को जानने समझने और पढ़ने वाले लोगों का भला हो सके।
