उत्तर प्रदेश की चर्चित आईपीएस जोड़ी अंशिका वर्मा और केके बिश्नोई इन दिनों अपनी शादी की तैयारियों में व्यस्त हैं। दोनों की शादी 29 मार्च को राजस्थान के बाड़मेर में होने जा रही है। इससे पहले 26 मार्च को जोधपुर में उनकी रिंग सेरेमनी का भव्य आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें परिवार और करीबी लोग शामिल हुए।
रिंग सेरेमनी से कुछ दिन पहले मुरादाबाद के लोदीपुर बिश्नोई धाम में एक धार्मिक कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किया गया था। इस दौरान केके बिश्नोई और अंशिका वर्मा ने अपने परिवार के साथ हवन-पूजन में भाग लिया। वैदिक मंत्रोच्चार के बीच गुरु जंभेश्वर महाराज के ध्यान में आहुतियां दी गईं।
इस अवसर पर अंशिका वर्मा का बिश्नोई परंपरा के अनुसार नामकरण और “पाहाल” दीक्षा भी संपन्न कराई गई। पाहाल दीक्षा बिश्नोई समाज की प्राचीन परंपरा है, जिसके माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति को औपचारिक रूप से बिश्नोई समाज में शामिल किया जाता है। लोदीपुर बिश्नोई धाम को बिश्नोई समाज का महत्वपूर्ण धार्मिक और आध्यात्मिक केंद्र माना जाता है।
दोनों आईपीएस अधिकारी 29 मार्च को बाड़मेर में सात फेरे लेंगे। इसके बाद 30 मार्च को जोधपुर के लारिया रिसोर्ट में भव्य रिसेप्शन आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस खास मौके के लिए केके बिश्नोई ने अपने माता-पिता के साथ उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को भी निमंत्रण दिया है।
