छतरपुर जिले के थाना बमनौरा क्षेत्र में डायल-112 जवानों की संवेदनशीलता, तत्परता एवं मानवीय कार्यवाही से घर से लापता होकर जंगल की ओर चले गए मानसिक रूप से अस्वस्थ 25 वर्षीय युवक को सुरक्षित खोजकर उसके परिजनों से मिलाया गया। समय पर की गई इस कार्रवाई से युवक की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सकी।
01 अगस्त को राज्य स्तरीय पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम डायल-112, भोपाल को सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि थाना बमनौरा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत ग्राम रामटोरिया निवासी मानसिक रूप से अस्वस्थ 25 वर्षीय युवक घर से कहीं चला गया है । सूचना प्राप्त होते ही बमनौरा थाना क्षेत्र में तैनात डायल-112 एफआरव्ही वाहन को तत्काल घटनास्थल के लिए रवाना किया गया।
डायल-112 स्टाफ आरक्षक श्री राजेश प्रजापति एवं पायलट श्री साहब सिंह ने मौके पर पहुँचकर युवक के परिजनों से जानकारी प्राप्त की। पूछताछ के दौरान जानकारी मिली कि युवक जंगल की ओर गया है। इसके बाद डायल-112 टीम ने परिजनों को साथ लेकर आसपास के क्षेत्र एवं जंगल में सघन तलाश शुरू की।
तत्परता एवं सूझबूझ के साथ किए गए खोज अभियान के दौरान युवक जंगल में सुरक्षित मिल गया। पहचान एवं आवश्यक सत्यापन उपरांत उसे सुरक्षित उसके परिजनों के सुपुर्द किया गया। युवक के सकुशल मिलने पर परिजनों ने डायल-112 सेवा एवं पुलिस जवानों का आभार व्यक्त किया।
डायल-112 जवानों की संवेदनशील एवं समर्पित कार्यवाही से एक मानसिक रूप से अस्वस्थ युवक को सुरक्षित उसके परिवार तक पहुँचाया जा सका।
