मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने किसानों के उत्थान को लेकर जिला हिसार में बजट पूर्व परामर्श बैठक के तहत चौधरी चरण सिंह हरियाणा कृषि विश्वविद्यालय में प्रगतिशील किसानों से सुझाव लिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश की डबल इंजन की सरकार किसानों के उत्थान के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का ध्येय है कि किसानों की आमदन बढ़े और किसान आर्थिक रूप से समृद्ध बने। प्रदेश के 70 प्रतिशत किसान ऐसे हैं, जिनके पास जमीन कम है। इसलिए उनके उत्थान के लिए भी खास रणनीति बनानी होगी। साथ ही किसानों को अधिक मुनाफा मिले, इसके लिए भी बजट में प्रावधान करने होंगे।
चर्चा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने वन टू वन किसानों से संवाद किया। पहले सेशन में 52 से ज्यादा सुझाव दिए गए। इसमें प्रगतिशील किसानों के अलावा कृषि विशेषज्ञ भी शामिल थे। दूसरे सेशन में एफपीओ से जुड़े किसानों से चर्चा हुई। एफपीओ की फेडरेशन से जुड़े सदस्यों ने भी अपने सुझाव दिए।
