विकसित छत्तीसगढ़ के निर्माण के लिए हम फौलादी इच्छाशक्ति के साथ काम कर रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 2030 तक 300 मिलियन टन स्टील उत्पादन का लक्ष्य रखा है और इस लक्ष्य को पाने में छत्तीसगढ़ की सबसे अहम भूमिका होगी। इसके लिए प्रदेश के प्रत्येक उद्यमी को छत्तीसगढ़ की विकास यात्रा का ब्रांड एंबेसडर बनना होगा। प्रदेश के स्टील उद्योग को नई ऊंचाई पर ले जाने के लिए हरसम्भव सहयोग हमारी सरकार प्रदान करेगी। मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय ने आज नवा रायपुर के मेफेयर लेक रिसॉर्ट में आयोजित ऑल इंडिया स्टील कॉनक्लेव 2.0 को संबोधित करते हुए यह बात कही।
मुख्यमंत्री साय ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ अपनी स्थापना का रजत जयंती वर्ष मना रहा है। हम विकसित छत्तीसगढ़ की ओर कदम बढ़ा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जब मैं केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री था तब स्टील इंडस्ट्री के प्रतिनिधियों से अक्सर मुलाकात होती रही है। साय ने कहा कि 17 राज्यों से आए 1500 प्रतिनिधि यहां दो दिन स्टील उद्योग की चुनौतियों व नये अवसर पर मंथन करेंगे। मुझे विश्वास है कि यहां हुई चर्चा स्टील सेक्टर के साथ ही छत्तीसगढ़ और देश की तरक्की को नई दिशा देगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि ऑल इंडिया स्टील कॉन्क्लेव 2.0 का आयोजन प्रदेश में स्टील उद्योग को तो प्रोत्साहित करेगा ही, एमएसएमई के लिए भी लाभकारी होगा। देशभर के उद्योग जगत के लोग छत्तीसगढ़ की इस विकास यात्रा में भागीदार होना चाहते हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ में अवसर के कई द्वार अभी और खुलेंगे। जल्द ही हम लिथियम जैसी ऊर्जा खनिज के सबसे बड़े केंद्र बनेंगे।
वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्री लखनलाल देवांगन ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय के नेतृत्व में हमारी सरकार ने निवेश के लिए अनुकूल औद्योगिक नीति तैयार की है और इससे प्रदेश में निवेश आकर्षित हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ वनाच्छादित प्रदेश है और यहां खनिज सम्पदा के विपुल भंडार मौजूद है। प्रदेश के विकास को गति देने की सभी संभावनाएं यहां मौजूद है।
देवांगन ने स्टील उद्योग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए शासन द्वारा लिए गए निर्णयों की जानकारी भी दी। उन्होंने कॉनक्लेव में मौजूद सभी उद्योगपतियों से आग्रह करते हुए कहा कि हमारी इस औद्योगिक नीति को अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुंचाएं, जिससे लोग इसका लाभ लें और प्रदेश की तरक्की में साझेदार बने।
सांसद बृजमोहन अग्रवाल ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ देश का सबसे तेजी से विकसित होता हुआ राज्य बन रहा है। प्रदेश में स्टील उद्योग के लिए अनुकूल अवस्थाएं मौजूद हैं। प्रदेश में पहले से ही अनेक उद्योग स्थापित हैं अब हमारी जिम्मेदारी है कि हम विकास के साथ ही पर्यावरण का भी ध्यान रखें। सीएसआर की सहायता से लोगों के जीवन को भी बेहतर बनाने का प्रयास करें।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री के प्रमुख सचिव सुबोध सिंह, सचिव राहुल भगत, उद्योग सचिव रजत कुमार,ऑल इंडिया स्टील कॉनक्लेव 2.0 के चेयरमैन रमेश अग्रवाल,छत्तीसगढ़ स्टील री रोलर्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष संजय त्रिपाठी, भिलाई स्टील प्लांट के सीईओ अजॉय कुमार चक्रवर्ती सहित सीएसआरए के पदाधिकारीगण और स्टील उद्योग से जुड़े उद्योगपति उपस्थित थे।
