मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने सचिवालय में नाबार्ड की आरआईडीएफ (ग्रामीण अवसंरचना विकास निधि) पर उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त समिति (एचपीसी) की बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। इस दौरान मुख्य सचिव ने नाबार्ड को प्रस्तावों की स्वीकृति में तेजी लाने के भी निर्देश दिए।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि स्वीकृत प्रस्तावों के सापेक्ष विभागों द्वारा डिस्बर्समेंट की प्रगति संतोषजनक नहीं है। सभी विभागों को इसमें तेजी लाने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि विभागों द्वारा वितरण और अदायगियों में आ रही समस्याओं का निवारण कर शीघ्र कार्यों को पूर्ण किया जाए। मुख्य सचिव ने प्रस्तावों की लगातार मॉनिटरिंग किए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
सीएस ने सभी विभागों के सचिवों एवं विभागाध्यक्षों को ऋण वितरण एवं अदायगियों में तेजी कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। विभागों द्वारा ऋण वितरण एवं अदायगियों के साथ ही नाबार्ड को प्रस्ताव भेजने के दौरान प्रक्रियाओं में हो रहे विलम्ब का संज्ञान लेते हुए मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने प्रक्रियाओं के सरलीकरण व तीव्रता के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्य सचिव ने धीमी गति से चल रहे सभी प्रोजेक्ट्स पर तेजी से कार्य करने के भी निर्देश दिए हैं।
बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन, सचिव नितेश झा, दिलीप जावलकर, पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय सहित सभी सम्बन्धित विभागों के सचिव, अपर सचिव एवं विभागीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
