कार्यकारी समिति की बैठक 12 नवंबर, 2025 को आयोजित की गई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता कार्मिक सेवा नियंत्रक तथा एनईएस के अध्यक्ष, वाइस एडमिरल सी.आर. प्रवीण नायर ने की। वहीं, एमएसी और एएसी सत्रों का नेतृत्व कमोडोर (नौसेना शिक्षा) एवं एनईएस के उपाध्यक्ष, कमोडोर एस.एम. उरूज अतहर द्वारा किया गया।
इस कार्यक्रम में नौसेना मुख्यालय के अधिकारियों के साथ-साथ देश भर के नौसेना स्कूलों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले शैक्षणिक और प्रशासनिक व्यक्तियों ने भी भाग लिया।
प्रतिनिधियों ने चुनौतियों और उनके प्रभावी समाधान पर केंद्रित केस स्टडी प्रस्तुत कीं। मुद्दा-आधारित विचार-विमर्श ने महत्वपूर्ण कार्यात्मक विषयों पर विशेषज्ञता के आदान-प्रदान और रचनात्मक संवाद को प्रोत्साहित किया, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप कई व्यावहारिक व क्रियान्वयन योग्य समाधान सामने आए।
पहली बार, एनईएस वार्षिक सम्मेलन में संकल्प स्कूलों की भागीदारी का स्वागत किया गया। ये संस्थान नौसेना समुदाय के विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के लिए शिक्षा, पूर्व-व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण और जीवन-कौशल विकास को बढ़ावा देने के लिए समर्पित हैं। उनकी भागीदारी ने समावेशिता और सहयोगात्मक विकास के प्रति एनईएस की मजबूत प्रतिबद्धता को रेखांकित किया।
वाइस एडमिरल नायर ने अपने मुख्य भाषण में नौसेना कर्मियों के बच्चों के लिए एक सहज, सहायक और समावेशी शैक्षिक वातावरण को बढ़ावा देने हेतु सभी नौसेना स्कूलों में एकरूपता को अनिवार्य बताया। पिछले वर्ष की उपलब्धियों की समीक्षा करते हुए, उन्होंने एनईपी–2020 के अनुरूप जारी सुधारों, मानकीकरण व नीतिगत सुगमता में हुई प्रगति, साथ ही बुनियादी ढांचे और संकाय विकास में किए गए नए निवेशों पर प्रकाश डाला। उनका कहना था कि इन गतिविधियों का उद्देश्य नौसेना स्कूलों को शैक्षणिक उत्कृष्टता के राष्ट्रीय मानक के रूप में स्थापित करना है।
अध्यक्ष ने नौसेना शिक्षा सोसाइटी के संशोधित दृष्टिकोण मिशन वक्तव्यों का भी अनावरण किया, जिन्हें एक सुदृढ़ ढांचा विकसित करने के व्यापक उद्देश्य के साथ पुनर्संरचित किया गया है—ऐसा ढांचा जो विद्यार्थियों को मजबूत मूल्यों पर आधारित, भविष्य के लिए तैयार नागरिकों के रूप में विकसित करता है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह संशोधन एनईपी–2020 की परिवर्तनकारी भावना को प्रतिबिंबित करता है और पूरे भारत में नौसेना स्कूलों की उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियों का उत्सव मनाते हुए उच्च-गुणवत्तापूर्ण और समावेशी शिक्षा प्रदान करने के प्रति एनईएस की प्रतिबद्धता को पुनः पुष्टि करता है।
