शासन की महत्वकांक्षी पहल सेवा सेतु से जरूरतमंदों को प्रमाण पत्र बनाने की राह आसान कर दी है। दुर्ग निवासी हिरामन पिता स्वर्गीय राम बगस आर्थिक रूप से साधारण परिवार से हैं। हिरामन को आगे की पढ़ाई और रोजगार के लिए अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग का जाति प्रमाण पत्र की आवश्यकता थी। लंबे समय से प्रमाण पत्र नहीं होने के कारण उन्हें कई दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा था। पिता की मृत्यु के बाद घर की पूरी जिम्मेदारी उनके कंधों पर आ गई। कई बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर लगाने के बावजूद प्रक्रिया और आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की जानकारी के अभाव में उनका कार्य पूरा नहीं हो पा रहा था।
इसी दौरान उन्हें सेवा सेतु के बारे में जानकारी मिली। उन्होंने जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन किया। आवेदन के बाद सेवा सेतु प्रबंधक ने आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की जांच कर आवेदन की पूरी प्रक्रिया में मार्गदर्शन और समन्वय किया। संबंधित विभाग द्वारा आवेदन का परीक्षण कर 30 जून 2026 को उनका ओबीसी जाति प्रमाण पत्र अनुमोदित कर जारी कर दिया गया।
जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त होने के बाद हिरामन ने प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए कहती है कि अब उन्हें आवश्यक दस्तावेज बनवाने तथा भविष्य में अपने परिवार के शैक्षणिक एवं अन्य सरकारी कार्यों में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी नहीं होगी। अब स्वयं के जाति प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर अपने भाई-बहनों का भी जाति प्रमाण पत्र बना पाउंगी। उन्होंने सेवा सेतु की त्वरित, पारदर्शी और जनहितैषी कार्यप्रणाली की सराहना करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री और जिला प्रशासन का आभार व्यक्त किया।
