बिहार एक झलक में, बिहार की प्रमुख खबरे :-
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के कर-कमलों द्वारा बिहार के मोतिहारी जिले में 7200 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की रेल, सड़क, मत्स्य, ग्रामीण विकास और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी से जुड़ी विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं उद्घाटन किया गया। इस मौके पर राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खान, मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार, उप मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी, उप मुख्यमंत्री विजय कुमार सिन्हा, कई केन्द्रीय मंत्रीगण एवं राज्य सरकार के मंत्रीगण एवं गणमान्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
नीतीश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में बिहार कैबिनेट की बैठक हुई। बैठक में कुल 01 एजेंडा पर मुहर लगाई गयी। बिहार कैबिनेट ने बिहारवासियों को सौगात देते हुए घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को 125 यूनिट बिजली फ्री की स्वीकृति पर अपनी मंजूरी दी। 1 अगस्त, 2025 से यानी जुलाई माह के बिल से ही राज्य के सभी घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को 125 यूनिट तक बिजली का कोई पैसा नहीं देना पड़ेगा। इससे राज्य के कुल 1 करोड़ 67 लाख परिवारों को लाभ होगा। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने राज्य के 10 जिलों में वज्रपात से 19 लोगों की मौत पर गहरी शोक संवेदना व्यक्त की। उन्होंने अपने शोक संदेश में कहा कि आपदा की इस घड़ी में वह प्रभावित परिवारों के साथ हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने मृतक के परिजनों को 04-04 लाख रुपये अविलम्ब अनुग्रह अनुदान देने के निर्देश दिये। मालूम हो कि वज्रपात से बिहार के नालंदा में 05, वैशाली में 04, बांका में 02, पटना में 02, शेखपुरा में 01, औरंगाबाद में 01, समस्तीपुर में 01, नवादा में 01, जमुई में 01, और जहानाबाद में 01 व्यक्ति की मौत हुई है। खराब मौसम को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने लोगों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि सभी लोग खराब मौसम में पूरी सतर्कता बरतें। खराब मौसम होने पर वज्रपात से बचाव के लिये आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किये गये सुझावों का अनुपालन करें। खराब मौसम में घरों में रहें और सुरक्षित रहें। पटना के जिलाधिकारी डॉ. त्यागराजन एस.एम. की अध्यक्षता में फल्गु नदी तथा दरधा नदी के जलस्तर में हुई अप्रत्याशित वृद्धि के मद्देनजर सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक हुई। उन्होंने संभावित बाढ़ की किसी भी परिस्थिति से निपटने हेतु निर्धारित मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया (एसओपी) के अनुरूप आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिये। साथ ही बताया कि कोई भी व्यक्ति ऐसी किसी भी स्थिति में डायल-112, जिला आपातकालीन संचालन केन्द्र (0612-2210118) या 24*7 जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष (0612-2219810/ 2219234) पर सूचना दे सकते हैं। नालंदा के जिलाधिकारी कुंदन कुमार द्वारा भ्रमण कार्यक्रम के तहत गंगा जलापूर्ति योजना के अंतर्गत गंगाजी राजगृह जलाशय का निरीक्षण किया गया। मालूम हो कि इस योजना तहत राजगीर एवं नवादा को हो रही जलापूर्ति की चरणबद्ध प्रक्रियाओं यथा गंगा नदी से अशोधित गंगाजल का उठाव, भंडारण, शोधन, वितरण आदि की जानकारी ली गयी। वर्तमान में बाढ़ अवधि में 01 जुलाई से हाथीदह, मोकामा के पास निर्मित इन्टेक -सह- पम्प हाउस से गंगाजल पम्प से लिफ्ट कर पाईप के माध्यम से गंगाजी राजगृह जलाशय को भरा जा रहा है। गंगाजी राजगृह जलाशय के कुल क्षमता 9.81 मिलीयन घन मीटर के विरूद्ध लगभग 3.0 मिलीयन घन मीटर गंगाजल भर लिया गया है। खगड़िया के जिलाधिकारी नवीन कुमार की अध्यक्षता में जनता दरबार का आयोजन हुआ। उन्होंने जनता दरबार में आये कई फरियादियों की समस्याएं सुनी और समाधान हेतु उचित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिये। जहानाबाद की जिलाधिकारी अलंकृता पांडेय की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्थापना दिवस को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक हुई। उन्होंने स्थापना दिवस से सफल आयोजन हेतु सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां ससमय पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये। मालूम हो कि जहानाबाद जिला का स्थापना दिवस हर वर्ष 1 अगस्त को मनाया जाता है।
