पूर्वोत्तर जापान में मियागी प्रीफेक्चुरल सरकार ने 23 जनवरी से 25 , 2025 तक मियागी राजदूत शिखर सम्मेलन आयोजित करने के लिए 11 देशों/क्षेत्रों – भारत, दक्षिण कोरिया, वियतनाम, कुवैत, कंबोडिया, इंडोनेशिया, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, फ्रांस, जर्मनी, इटली और ताइवान के जापान के राजदूतों, प्रतिनिधियों और अन्य अधिकारियों को आमंत्रित किया। यह कार्यक्रम अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानव आदान-प्रदान और आर्थिक सहयोग को बढ़ावा देने के प्रीफेक्चर के प्रयासों का हिस्सा है।
होटल मत्सुशिमा ताइकांसो में एक उद्घाटन समारोह के दौरान 11 देशों/क्षेत्रों के राजदूतों, प्रतिनिधियों और अधिकारियों के भाषण के बाद इवाते गवर्नर ताकुया तस्सो और फुकुशिमा गवर्नर मसाओ उचिबोरी के वीडियो संदेश पेश किए गए। इसके बाद तोहोकू पर्यटन संवर्धन संगठन के निदेशक जुनिची कोन्नो ने तोहोकू के पर्यटन और उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक प्रस्तुति दी, जिसके बाद सेंदाई इकुई गाकुएन हाई स्कूल के सुलेख क्लब के सदस्यों ने प्रदर्शन किया।
एक राष्ट्रीय खजाना जुइगन-जी मंदिर के मुख्य हॉल में मियागी राजदूत शिखर सम्मेलन मत्सुशिमा घोषणा जारी करते हुए मियागी गवर्नर मुराई ने कहा: मियागी प्रांत के लोगों की ओर से मैं ग्रेट पूर्वी जापान भूकंप के कारण हुई गंभीर क्षति के समय दुनियाभर के लोगों की अधिकतम सहायता और गर्मजोशी से प्रोत्साहन के लिए एक बार फिर से अपनी हार्दिक कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करना चाहता हूं। मियागी प्रांत आपके समर्थन के कारण ठीक होने में सक्षम है।
यह सिर्फ रिकवरी तक ही नहीं है। प्रीफेक्चर ने भविष्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए रचनात्मक पुनर्निर्माण का लक्ष्य रखते हुए समाज, अर्थव्यवस्था और पर्यावरण जैसे प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में नए मूल्यों का निर्माण करते हुए आपदा पर काबू पा लिया है। हम न केवल कृषि, वानिकी और मत्स्य पालन उद्योगों के पुनर्निर्माण और पर्यटन उद्योग के पुनर्निर्माण के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं, बल्कि अत्याधुनिक तकनीक का उपयोग करके स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था और आपदा रोकथाम/शमन में सहयोग करने वाली उद्यम कंपनियों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भी प्रतिबद्ध हैं।
मियागी राजदूत शिखर सम्मेलन सभी के साथ संबंधों को गहरा करने और भविष्य में नई संभावनाओं के द्वार खोलने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। इस शिखर सम्मेलन के बाद मियागी प्रांत उपस्थित देशों और क्षेत्रों के सभी लोगों के साथ समन्वय में आगे की चुनौतियों का सामना करेगा।घोषणापत्र जारी होने के बाद शिखर सम्मेलन के प्रतिभागियों के साथ एक ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए होटल मेट्रोपॉलिटन सेंदाई में एक समारोह आयोजित किया गया था।
