मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय ने केंद्र सरकार द्वारा 37 आवश्यक औषधियों के मूल्य में 10 से 15 प्रतिशत तक की कमी किए जाने के निर्णय का स्वागत करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री साय ने कहा कि स्वस्थ भारत ही विकसित भारत की आधारशिला है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी का यह निर्णय उनके दूरदर्शी और जनकल्याणकारी नेतृत्व की सशक्त अभिव्यक्ति है। यह निर्णय हृदय रोग, मधुमेह, संक्रमण, बुखार और दर्द जैसी आम लेकिन गंभीर बीमारियों से जूझ रहे नागरिकों को बड़ी राहत देगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस मूल्य कटौती से पैरासिटामोल, एटोरवास्टेटिन, एमोक्सिसिलिन जैसी जीवनरक्षक दवाएं अब और अधिक सुलभ और सस्ती हो सकेंगी। छत्तीसगढ़ जैसे आदिवासी और ग्रामीण बहुल राज्य में यह निर्णय गरीबों, श्रमिकों, किसानों, महिलाओं और वृद्धजनों के स्वास्थ्य हेतु अत्यंत लाभकारी सिद्ध होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री साय ने यह भी उल्लेख किया कि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार प्रधानमंत्री जन औषधि योजना के केंद्रों के विस्तार, आयुष्मान भारत योजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन और प्राथमिक से लेकर उच्चस्तरीय स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की सहज उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है।
मुख्यमंत्री साय ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार का निर्णय केवल औषधियों की कीमत घटाने का नहीं, बल्कि आमजन के जीवन स्तर को सशक्त बनाने का भी कदम है।
