भारत और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के बीच द्विपक्षीय त्रि-सेवा मानवीय सहायता और आपदा राहत (एचएडीआर) जल-थल-स्थल अभ्यास टाइगर ट्रायम्फ 2025 का चौथा संस्करण 11 अप्रैल 25 को काकीनाडा में विशिष्ट आगंतुक (डीवी) दिवस के साथ संपन्न हुआ।

डीवी दिवस में तमिलनाडु और पुडुचेरी नौसेना क्षेत्र के फ्लैग ऑफिसर कमांडिंग, अमेरिकी महावाणिज्यदूत, अमेरिकी नौसेना स्ट्राइक ग्रुप पांच के कमांडर और 54 इन्फैंट्री डिवीजन के डिप्टी जनरल ऑफिसर कमांडिंग के साथ-साथ अन्य वरिष्ठ गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।
डी.वी. दिवस पर काकीनाडा के तट पर तथा उसके निकट जटिल ऑपरेशनों का निर्बाध निष्पादन देखा गया, जिसमें स्टैंडऑफ तथा हार्ड बीचिंग, एस.सी. तथा एम.आई.-17 वी5 हेलीकॉप्टरों से विशेष ऑपरेशन बलों द्वारा स्लिथरिंग ऑपरेशन, सी-130 विमानों की भागीदारी तथा भारतीय नौसेना, भारतीय सेना,भारतीय वायु सेना, अमेरिकी नौसेना, अमेरिकी सेना तथा अमेरिकी मरीन कोर द्वारा एकीकृत हवाई ऑपरेशन शामिल थे।
यह अभियान भारत और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका की सशस्त्र सेनाओं के बीच संयुक्त युद्ध अभ्यास, संयुक्त कौशल और अंतर-संचालन क्षमता के उन्नत स्तर को दर्शाता है।

01 से 11 अप्रैल 2025 तक आयोजित इस अभ्यास में एचएडीआर परिचालनों में अमूल्य प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया और प्रतिभागियों को एक-दूसरे की क्षमताओं, तकनीकों और प्रक्रियाओं से परिचित कराया गया।
विशेष रूप से, एक्स टाइगर ट्रायम्फ पहली बार 2019 में आयोजित किया गया था, जिसका प्राथमिक उद्देश्य परिचालन तालमेल को मजबूत करना, लॉजिस्टिक्स एक्सचेंज मेमोरेंडम ऑफ एग्रीमेंट के तहत लॉजिस्टिक्स एक्सचेंज द्वारा सुगम बनाना और दोनों सेनाओं के बीच उभरती प्रौद्योगिकियों को एकीकृत करना था।
अभ्यास का हार्बर चरण 01 से 07 अप्रैल 2025 तक विशाखापत्तनम में आयोजित किया गया। इस चरण की शुरुआत एक उद्घाटन समारोह के साथ हुई जिसमें अमेरिकी दूतावास के प्रभारी जॉर्गन के. एंड्रयूज और पूर्वी नौसेना कमान मुख्यालय के चीफ ऑफ स्टाफ वाइस एडमिरल समीर सक्सेना ने भाग लिया।इस चरण के दौरान की गतिविधियों में प्री-सेल सम्मेलन, चिकित्सा, ड्रोन और अंतरिक्ष सहित प्रमुख प्रौद्योगिकियों पर विषय वस्तु विशेषज्ञों का आदान-प्रदान (एसएमईई) शामिल था। हार्बर चरण में क्रॉस-डेक विज़िट्स, शिप बोर्डिंग ड्रिल्स और मैत्रीपूर्ण खेल प्रतिस्पर्धाएं भी शामिल थीं।
