आगामी 19 अप्रैल एवं 26 अप्रैल 2024 को प्रत्येक मतदाता मतदान केन्द्र जाए और गर्व से अपने देश के लिए मतदान करे। इसके लिए भारतीय निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशों पर जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय द्वारा मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान के तहत सतरंगी सप्ताह का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी प्रकाश राजपुरोहित एवं जिला स्वीप नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. शिल्पा सिंह के निर्देशन में सतरंगी सप्ताह के दूसरे दिन जिले के शैक्षणिक एवं वाणिज्यिक संस्थानों सहित अन्य संस्थानों में नवमतदाताओं एवं कार्मिकों मतदान की शपथ दिलाई गई।
सतरंगी सप्ताह के दूसरे दिन मालवीय नगर में स्थित राजस्थान अस्पताल में अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर जयपुर पूर्व एवं सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी मालवीय नगर सुमन पंवार ने अस्पताल में कार्यरत स्टाफ को मतदाता जागरूकता की शपथ दिलवाई गई। इस मौके पर सुमन पंवार ने अस्पताल के कार्मिकों से अवश्य मतदान करने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि आपका एक वोट हमारे देश की दिशा और दशा तय करता है, ऐसे में 19 अप्रैल को अपनी अंगुली पर एक निशान देश के नाम जरूर लगाएं। लोकतंत्र में मतदान की महत्ता को ध्यान में रखते हुए सवैतनिक अवकाश का प्रावधान निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा किया गया है। अतः इस अवसर का सदुपयोग करें तथा प्रातः 7 से सायं 6 के बीच अपना समय निकालकर मतदान जरूर करें।
कार्यक्रम में अस्पताल के कार्मिकों को सक्षम, केवाईसी, सी-विजिल एवं वीएचए जैसे मोबाइल एप की जानकारी प्रदान की गई। इस अवसर पर विधानसभा क्षेत्र मालवीय नगर के बीएलओ नवल कुमार, अशोक कुम्हार, प्रतीक शर्मा एवं स्वीप सह प्रभारी संजीव तिवारी उपस्थित रहे।
जयपुर के आईसीएफएआई विश्वविद्यालय में जिला स्वीप टीम की ओर से मतदाता शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में राजस्थान प्रशासनिक सेवा की अधिकारी प्रियंका राठौड़ ने 2 हजार से ज्यादा स्टूडेंट्स एवं शिक्षकों को मतदान की शपथ दिलाई। साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि मतदान पश्चात नव मतदाता द्वारा सेल्फी बूथ पर सेल्फी लेने पर प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जाएगा।
