मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ समाज के अंतिम पायदान पर खड़े व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। इसी ध्येय के साथ नगरीय विकास, आवासन एवं स्वायत्त शासन विभाग द्वारा प्रदेशव्यापी “शहरी सेवा शिविर-2026” का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। शुक्रवार को पाली जिले के सुमेरपुर नगर पालिका परिसर में इस शिविर का विधिवत शुभारंभ हुआ। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में पशुपालन, गोपालन, डेयरी एवं देवस्थान विभाग के कैबिनेट मंत्री व स्थानीय विधायक जोराराम कुमावत शामिल हुए।
शिविर के पहले ही दिन कैबिनेट मंत्री कुमावत ने नगर पालिका द्वारा तैयार किए गए 13 आवासीय पट्टों का वितरण कर आमजन को उनके आशियाने का मालिकाना हक सौंपा। इसके साथ ही, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग को संबल देने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना के तहत 5 लाभार्थियों को स्वरोजगार हेतु चेक भी प्रदान किए गए।
समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए मंत्री कुमावत ने कहा कि 15 जुलाई तक चलने वाले इन विशेष शिविरों का मुख्य उद्देश्य शहरी नागरिकों को विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाओं, भूमि नियमों और नागरिक सुविधाओं का लाभ एक ही छत के नीचे उपलब्ध कराना है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार सरकार ने प्रक्रियाओं को बेहद सुगम और त्वरित बनाया है।
कैबिनेट मंत्री ने शिविर की मुख्य विशेषताओं पर प्रकाश डालते हुए बताया कि इस बार पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने और काम को गति देने के लिए ऑफलाइन के साथ-साथ मुख्य रूप से ऑनलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार किए जा रहे हैं। जनता की सहूलियत के लिए सरकार ने एक बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए प्राप्त आवेदनों पर आपत्ति आमंत्रण की अवधि को 15 दिन से घटाकर मात्र 7 दिन कर दिया है। इससे फाइलों का निपटारा कम समय में हो सकेगा और आमजन को दफ्तरों के चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे।
