ऊर्जा मंत्री हीरालाल नागर ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में सोलर सेक्टर को बढ़ावा दे रही है। हमारा प्रयास है कि राजस्थान सौर ऊर्जा उत्पादन के साथ ही सोलर उपकरणों की असेंबलिंग तथा मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग का हब बने। उन्होंने कहा कि इस संबंध में सोलर उपकरण विनिर्माण इकाइयों से जुड़े उद्यमी सुझाव दें। जिनके आधार पर नीति एवं नियमों में संशोधन की आवश्यकता हुई तो उन पर भी सरकार प्राथमिकता से विचार करेगी।
ऊर्जा मंत्री सोमवार को राजस्थान इंटरनेशनल सेंटर में राजस्थान सोलर एसोसिएशन की ओर से आयोजित भारत सोलर कंपोनेंट एक्सपो में संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस दौरान उन्होंने पीएम कुसुम योजना के लाभार्थियों तथा सोलर उपकरणों की विनिर्माण इकाइयों से जुड़े उद्यमियों के साथ संवाद किया और उनके सवालों के जवाब भी दिए।
नागर ने कहा कि स्थानीय स्तर पर ही सोलर कंपोंनेंट मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग यूनिट्स के लगने से सोलर पैनल, सोलर केबल, एलुमिनियम स्ट्रक्चर आदि की निर्माण लागत में कमी आएगी और युवाओं को इस उभरते सेक्टर में रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर मिल सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि सौर ऊर्जा भविष्य की जरूरत है और हमारे प्रदेश में सोलर एनर्जी के क्षेत्र में निवेश की अपार संभावनाएं हैं।
ऊर्जा मंत्री ने सौर ऊर्जा को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए राज्य कैबिनेट द्वारा हाल ही में किए गए अक्षय ऊर्जा नीति-2023 तथा राजस्थान भू-राजस्व नियम, 2007 के प्रावधानों में संशोधन का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि अब प्रदेश में सौर ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं के लिए डीएलसी दर के साढ़े सात प्रतिशत पर भूमि का आवंटन किया जा सकेगा। इससे हमारे यहां प्रचुर मात्रा में प्रकृत्ति प्रदत्त सोलर रेडिएशन का उपयोग तो होगा ही, सोलर कंपोंनेंट मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग में निवेश एवं रोजगार को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
ऊर्जा मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में विद्युत तंत्र के सुदृढीकरण के लिए आरडीएसएस योजना के माध्यम से 10 हजार करोड़ रूपए के कार्यों के प्रस्ताव तैयार किए जा रहे हैं। जिससे नए 33/11 केवी ग्रिड सब स्टेशनों के निर्माण तथा फीडर सुधार जैसे कार्यों को गति मिलेगी और उपभोक्ताओं को निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति संभव होगी।
नागर ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार किसानों को कृषि कार्य के लिए दिन में सस्ती बिजली सुलभ कराने के उद्देश्य से कुसुम योजना को गति दे रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार बनने के कुछ ही माह में इस योजना के तहत फीडर स्तर के सोलराइजेशन के लिए करीब 4468 मेगावाट के कार्यादेश दिए जा चुके हैं। जल्द ही इस योजना में 5 हजार मेगावाट के प्लांट और आने की प्रक्रिया में हैं। इस योजना से जुड़कर किसान अपनी अनुपजाऊ भूमि का उपयोग ऊर्जा उत्पादन में कर पा रहे हैं। ऊर्जा मंत्री ने कहा कि हम राजस्थान में पीएम सूर्यघर योजना के तहत 5 लाख घरों में रूफ टॉप सोलर लगाने के काम को भी गति दे रहे हैं।
इससे पहले राजस्थान सोलर एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष सुनील बंसल, सीईओ नितिन अग्रवाल, वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष मनोज गुप्ता सहित अन्य पदाधिकारियों ने नागर का स्वागत किया और राजस्थान में सोलर सेक्टर को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे नीतिगत निर्णयों के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया। ऊर्जा मंत्री ने सोलर कंपोनेंट एक्सपो का अवलोकन भी किया।
