केंद्रीय ग्रामीण विकास व कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान आज पटना (बिहार) के एक दिवसीय दौरे पर थे। इस दौरान उन्होंने वरिष्ठ नेताओं और अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर 24 अप्रैल को पंचायत राज दिवस के अवसर पर मधुबनी में होने वाले प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों के संबंध में जानकारी ली और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। साथ ही, केंद्रीय मंत्री शिवराज सिंह ने बिहार में ग्रामीण विकास की केंद्रीय योजनाओं की समीक्षा की।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के कार्यक्रम को लेकर पूरे बिहार में उत्साह का माहौल है। केंद्रीय मंत्री शिवराज सिंह ने कहा कि खुशी की बात है कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जब यहां पधार रहे हैं तो बिहारवासियों को आवासों की सौगात भी मिल रही है।
शिवराज सिंह ने बताया कि पिछले साल 7 लाख 90 हजार मकान प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत बिहार के पात्र भाइयों-बहनों को दिए गए थे, आवास प्लस की जो 2 सूची बनी थी, उसमें से लगभग 5 लाख 20 हजार मकान अभी बचे थे, अब 5 लाख 20 हजार मकान और बिहार के कच्चे मकानों में रहने वाले भाई-बहनों को पक्के मकान बनाने के लिए दिए जाएंगे तो कुल मिलाकर 7-8 महीने में 14 लाख मकान बिहार के हमारे भाई-बहनों को मिल रहे हैं और प्रधानमंत्री जी के हाथों जो नए स्वीकृत मकान हैं 5 लाख 20 हजार, उनके स्वीकृति पत्र और जो पहले से स्वीकृत मकान हैं, मकान बनाने के लिए जो अलग-अलग किस्तों में राशि दी जाती है, वो किस्त सिंगल क्लिक के माध्यम से हमारे भाई-बहनों के खाते में डाली जाएगी।
चौहान ने बताया कि आज जो मकान स्वीकृत हुए हैं, उनकी लागत 8 हजार करोड़ रुपए है। ये राशि गरीब भाई-बहनों को मकान बनाने के लिए मिलेगी और भी अनेकों योजनाएं हैं, जिनमें जो अपना मकान बना चुके हैं हमारे भाई-बहन, उनका गृह प्रवेश का कार्यक्रम भी होगा और बाकी कार्यक्रम भी पंचायत राज्य सम्मेलन के साथ-साथ बनाने की रचना अभी हो रही है।
केंद्रीय मंत्री शिवराज सिंह ने बैठक के बाद मीडिया से बातचीत में कहा कि मुझे खुशी है कि मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व में ग्रामीण विकास की हर योजना का यहाँ बहुत बेहतर और आदर्श क्रियान्वयन हो रहा है।
मैं बिहार सरकार को इन योजनाओं के आदर्श क्रियान्वयन के लिए बहुत-बहुत बधाई देता हूँ। लखपति दीदी भी 3 लाख से ज्यादा यहाँ बन चुकी है और 20 लाख इसी वर्ष बनाने का लक्ष्य है, तो तेजी से हर कार्यक्रम को क्रियान्वित करने का आदर्श काम बिहार की सरकार कर रही है।
बैठक में केंद्रीय मंत्री राजीव रंजन उर्फ ललन सिंह और बिहार के वरिष्ठ नेता मौजूद रहे, जिनमें उपमुख्यमंत्रीगण और बिहार सरकार के मंत्री भी शामिल थे। शिवराज सिंह ने इनके साथ तैयारियों की व्यापक समीक्षा की। पूरे बिहार में जबरदस्त उत्साह है और मधुबनी में लाखों लोग आएंगे। बहुत ऐतिहासिक कार्यक्रम होगा।
