माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल रायपुर द्वारा कक्षा 10वीं एवं 12वीं के परीक्षा परिणाम प्रतिवर्ष घोषित किए जाते हैं विद्यार्थियों के अपेक्षित परिणाम नहीं आने से विद्यार्थी  प्रायः तनाव में रहते हैं तथा कुछ विद्यार्थी तो डिप्रेशन में चले जाते हैं, राज्य शासन ने इस विषय को गंभीरता से लेते हुए माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल एवं SCERT के सहयोग से ऑनलाइन दक्षता विकास एवं अभिप्रेरणा प्रशिक्षण आयोजित की गई।

अपर मुख्य सचिव रेनू पिल्ले ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि हम शीघ्र बोर्ड  परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित करने जा रहे हैं। परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित होने के पहले या बाद में विद्यार्थियों को निराश होने या तनाव लेने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। पालकों को भी बच्चों से बहुत अधिक एक्सपेक्टेशन नहीं करनी चाहिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि यदि किसी भी बच्चे में यह प्रवृत्ति पायी जाती है या इस संदर्भ में कोई भी सूचना मिलती है तो स्वास्थ्य विभाग के टोल फ्री नंबर 104 आरोग्य सेवा निःशुल्क परामर्श पर सूचित किया जा सकता है । यह टोल फ्री नंबर 24×7 संचालित रहेगा । सूचना प्राप्त होने पर विद्यार्थियों के हित में तत्काल समाधान उपलब्ध कराया जा सकेगा।

स्कूल शिक्षा सचिव सिद्धार्थ कोमल सिंह परदेशी ने कहा कि कई बच्चे अपेक्षा अनुसार परिणाम नहीं ला पाते इस स्थिति में तनाव नहीं लेना चाहिए। कम नंबर लाने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि नॉलेज कम है ,कई व्यक्तित्व ऐसे हैं जो अपने बचपन में अच्छे नंबर नहीं ला पाए पर आगे जाकर उन्होंने बहुत ख्याति प्राप्त की। परदेसी ने सभी विभागीय व मैदानी अधिकारियों को इस संबंध में आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

मेडिकल कॉलेज रायपुर के मनोरोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ. प्रीति सिंह ने अपने उद्बोधन में बताया कि बहुत बार ऐसा देखा गया है कि बहुत अच्छे रिजल्ट लाने वाले बच्चों का परिणाम खराब हो जाता है  तो ऐसे बच्चे अपने रिजल्ट को एक्सेप्ट नहीं कर पाते ,ऐसे बच्चे तनाव ग्रसित हो जाते हैं कभी-कभी अपने बड़े भाई या बहनों के साथ कंपैरिजन करने पर भी वह अपने आप को कुंठित महसूस करते हैं।

अतिरिक्त संचालक जे.पी.रथ ने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा कि परीक्षा के बाद बच्चे तनाव ग्रसित हो जाते हैं तथा गलत रास्ते पर चले जाते हैं अतः इस हेतु तनाव प्रबंधन करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

गौरतलब है कि पहली बार राज्य में परीक्षा परिणाम से विद्यार्थियों में उत्पन्न विभिन्न अवसाद और अन्य जानलेवा समस्याओं से निजात पाने तथा उन्हें पहचान कर नियंत्रित करने, समाज, पालक, स्वयसेवियों, शिक्षकों के माध्यम से निगरानी प्रणाली विकसित करने यह दक्षता विकास प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया ।

इस ऑनलाइन प्रशिक्षण से लगभग 30,000 से अधिक यानी बड़ी संख्या में सरकारी व निजी स्कूलों के 10-12 वीं कक्षा शिक्षक, पालक, आँगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, महिला स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता एवं बीईओ, बीआरसीसी, सीआरसी आदि ने स्वेच्छा से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया। पूर्णतः स्वेच्छा पर आधारित इस अभियान के प्रशिक्षित व स्वयंसेवी सदस्य स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग तथा विशेष कर छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल द्वारा चिन्हांकित समाजशास्त्रियों, मनोवैज्ञानिक चिकित्सकों के माध्यम से 10-12 वीं परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित होने के पूर्व व पश्चात निरंतर अपना योगदान देंगे।
