मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के कर-कमलों द्वारा राजगीर खेल अकादमी-सह-खेल विश्विविद्यालय में निर्मित इंडोर हॉल संख्या-2, बास्केटबॉल, हैंडबॉल कोर्ट, वॉलीबॉल कोर्ट एवं हॉकी प्रैक्टिस टर्फ का लोकार्पण किया गया। इस मौके पर उप मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी, जल संसाधन मंत्री विजय कुमार चौधरी, खेल मंत्री सुरेन्द्र मेहता, पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री डॉ. सुनील कुमार, नालंदा के जिलाधिकारी शशांक शुभंकर समेत कई वरीय अधिकारीगण मौजूद रहे।
सूबे में यातायात को और बेहतर बनाने हेतु राज्य सरकार निरंतर प्रयासरत है। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने पथ निर्माण विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं की कार्य प्रगति को लेकर कहा कि जे.पी.गंगा पथ का दीघा से दीदारगंज तक निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण हो गया है और इस पर लोगों का आवागमन सुगम तरीके से हो रहा है। हम चाहते हैं कि दीघा से पश्चिम में कोइलवर पुल तक और उसके बाद फिर बक्सर तक जे.पी.गंगा का विस्तार हो। साथ ही दीदारगंज से पूरब में करजान तक और उसके बाद मोकामा तक जे.पी.गंगा पथ का विस्तार हो। जे.पी.गंगा पथ परियोजना एक विशिष्ट परियोजना है, जो गंगा नदी के किनारे बनाया जा रहा है। जे.पी.गंगा पथ से गंगा नदी पर बने विभिन्न पुलों का भी जुड़ाव होगा, जिससे उत्तर बिहार और दक्षिण बिहार के बीच की दूरी और घटेगी और आवागमन तेजी से होगा। नीतीश कुमार ने कहा कि कहा कि प्रगति यात्रा के दौरान सभी जिलों के लिये विभिन्न पथों और पुलों की स्वीकृति दी गयी है। उसका निर्माण कार्य भी तेजी से पूर्ण करें। ग्रामीण पथों का चौड़ीकरण भी किया जा रहा है। केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा भी कई महत्वपूर्ण पथों एवं पुलों का निर्माण कराया जा रहा है, जिससे आवागमन और सुलभ होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में एक क्षेत्र से दूसरे क्षेत्र की कनेक्टिविटी को और बेहतर बनाने के लिये यदि और पथों एवं पुलों की आवश्यकता हो तो पथ निर्माण विभाग इसकी समीक्षा करे, राज्य सरकार उसे अपने संसाधनों से स्वीकृत कर निर्माण करायेगी। शिक्षा विभाग के सभागार में अग्नि आपदा से निपटने हेतु एक विशेष अग्निशमन प्रशिक्षण एवं मॉक ड्रिल का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य विभागीय कर्मियों को आग लगने की स्थिति में आवश्यक सावधानियों, सुरक्षा उपायों और त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया के तरीकों से अवगत कराना था। मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान अवसर पर सुबोध कुमार चौधरी, विशेष सचिव-सह-निदेशक (प्रशासन), मती विनिता, विशेष कार्य पदाधिकारी सहित शिक्षा विभाग के अन्य वरीय पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मीगण मौजूद रहे। पटना के जिलाधिकारी डॉ. चंद्रशेखर सिंह द्वारा मशाल यात्रा का स्वागत किया गया। मालूम हो कि बिहार में खेलो इंडिया यूथ गेम्स, 2025 का आयोजन 4 मई से 15 मई तक किया जाएगा। जिसमें देश भर के खिलाड़ी कुल 27 खेल विधाओं में अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन करेंगे। इसका उद्देश्य खिलाड़ियों को अवसर प्रदान करना और उन्हें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्पर्धा के लिए तैयार करना है। नालंदा के जिलाधिकारी शशांक शुभंकर की अध्यक्षता में बिहार लोक शिकायत निवारण अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत अपीलीय मामलों की सुनवाई हुई। उन्होंने प्राप्त कुल 33 मामलों की सुनवाई कर समाधान के निर्देश दिये। बेगूसराय के जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-जिलाधिकारी तुषार सिंगला की अध्यक्षता में आगामी बिहार विधान सभा आम निर्वाचन, 2025 की तैयारी को लेकर सभी मान्यता प्राप्त राष्ट्रीय राजनैतिक एवं राज्यस्तरीय दलों के जनप्रतिनिधि के साथ बैठक हुई। बैठक में उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी बेगूसराय, प्रभारी पदाधिकारी जिला निर्वाचन शाखा, एवं सभी मान्यता प्राप्त राष्ट्रीय राजनैतिक एवं राज्य स्तरीय दलों के जनप्रतिनिधि मौजूद रहे। सारण के जिलाधिकारी अमन समीर के द्वारा बिहार लोक शिकायत निवारण अधिकार अधिनियम, 2015 के तहत द्वितीय अपील में शिकायतों के अंतर्गत कुल 12 मामलों की सुनवाई की गई जिसमें 05 मामलों में अंतिम रूप से आदेश पारित किया गया तथा शेष 07 मामले में पूर्ण प्रतिवेदन के साथ अगली तिथि पर लोक प्राधिकार को उपस्थित होने का निर्देश दिये गये। उन्होंने कहा कि लोक शिकायतों का ससमय तथा गुणवत्तापूर्ण निवारण अत्यावश्यक है। लोक प्राधिकारों को तत्परता प्रदर्शित करनी होगी। बिहार लोक शिकायत निवारण अधिकार अधिनियम, 2015 का सफल क्रियान्वयन प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है, सभी पदाधिकारी इसके लिए सजग, संवेदनशील तथा सक्रिय रहें।
