भारत के प्रमुख मीडिया प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में से एक भारतीय जनसंचार संस्थान (IIMC) ढेंकनाल ने शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-26 के लिए ओडिया पत्रकारिता में स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा के लिए प्रवेश प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की घोषणा की है। इस एक वर्षीय पूर्णकालिक व्यावसायिक कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य छात्रों को पत्रकारिता, मीडिया लेखन, रिपोर्टिंग, संपादन, डिजिटल संचार और जनसंपर्क में प्रशिक्षित करना है, जिसमें ओडिया भाषा पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा।
IIMC ढेंकनाल के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक प्रो. आनंद प्रधान ने बताया कि प्रवेश प्रक्रिया 3 मार्च 2025 से शुरू हो गई है। इच्छुक उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों तरीकों से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 30 अप्रैल 2025 है।
प्रवेश परीक्षा 18 मई 2025 को ओडिशा के पांच शहरों भुवनेश्वर, ढेंकनाल, बरहामपुर, संबलपुर और बालासोर में आयोजित की जाएगी। प्रवेश परीक्षा में उम्मीदवारों की ओडिया भाषा प्रवीणता, लेखन कौशल, सामान्य ज्ञान और पत्रकारिता के लिए योग्यता का आकलन किया जाएगा।
पाठ्यक्रम में 30 सीटें हैं, जिसमें भारत सरकार के मानदंडों के अनुसार एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस/पीडब्ल्यूडी श्रेणियों के लिए आरक्षण शामिल है। आवेदकों के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में स्नातक की डिग्री होनी चाहिए। अंतिम वर्ष के स्नातक छात्र भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं, बशर्ते वे 30 सितंबर 2025 तक अपनी अंतिम मार्कशीट जमा कर दें। सामान्य श्रेणी के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा 25 वर्ष है, आरक्षित श्रेणियों के लिए आयु में छूट है।
आवेदक IIMC की वेबसाइट https://iimc.gov.in/language-courses-25-26 से प्रवेश फॉर्म और निर्देश डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। प्रवेश फॉर्म की हार्ड कॉपी निम्नलिखित स्थानों पर भी उपलब्ध होगी:
- IIMC: ढेंकनाल परिसर कार्यालय, संचार मार्ग, ढेंकनाल
- तीसरा तल, राष्ट्रीय प्रसारण एवं मल्टीमीडिया अकादमी (एनएबीएम), रेल सदन के पीछे, चंद्रशेखरपुर, भुवनेश्वर
- सीबीएफसी क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय, चलचित्र भवन, ओएफडीसी परिसर, बक्सी बाजार, कटक
आवेदक अपने आवेदन ऑनलाइन गुगल फ़ॉर्म लिंक: https://forms.gle/ZzU1Ftf7UCe9kFr37 के माध्यम से भी जमा कर सकते हैं। प्रवेश परीक्षा शुल्क सामान्य श्रेणी के लिए 500 रुपये और एससी/एसटी/ईडब्ल्यूएस/पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 350 रुपये है, जो यूपीआई, एनईएफटी या बैंक हस्तांतरण के माध्यम से देय है।
पाठ्यक्रम में संचार सिद्धांत, रिपोर्टिंग और लेखन, संपादन, डिजिटल मीडिया, मीडिया कानून और नैतिकता, ऑडियो-विजुअल उत्पादन, विकास पत्रकारिता और विज्ञापन और पीआर शामिल हैं। कार्यक्रम में छात्रों को व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिष्ठित मीडिया संगठनों के साथ एक महीने की अनिवार्य इंटर्नशिप शामिल है। कुल कोर्स फीस 55,500 रुपये है।
