विश्व प्रसिद्ध ग्यारहवें ज्योर्तिलिंग केदारनाथ धाम के कपाट खुलने के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केदारनाथ परिसर में आयोजित मुख्य सेवक भंडारा में श्रद्धालुओं को प्रसाद वितरित किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने केदारनाथ की स्वच्छता में लगे पर्यावरण मित्रों, पुनर्निर्माण कार्य में अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देने वाले लोगों को सम्मानित भी किया।
अपने बीच मुख्यमंत्री को पाकर श्रद्धालु बेहद खुश नजर आए। इस दौरान हजारों की संख्या में लोगों ने मुख्य सेवक भंडारा का प्रसाद ग्रहण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने केदारनाथ आए श्रद्धालुओं से मुलाकात की एवं उनसे यात्रा को लेकर की गई व्यवस्थाओं का फीडबैक भी लिया। यात्रा के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा की गई विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं के लिए श्रद्धालुओं ने मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने बाबा केदारनाथ के कपाट खुलने पर सभी देशवासियों को शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने कहा 4 मई को बदरीनाथ जी के कपाट खुलेंगे। राज्य सरकार देशभर से आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के स्वागत एवं उनकी यात्रा को सुगम बनाने के लिए पूर्ण रूप से तैयार है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गत वर्ष केदारनाथ क्षेत्र में आपदा आई थी, जिससे करीब 35 दिन यात्रा बाधित रही। सरकार और प्रशासन ने स्थानीय लोगों के सहयोग से यात्रा को पुनः शुरु किया, जिससे फलस्वरूप रिकॉर्ड संख्या में श्रद्धालु चार धाम आए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार हर स्तर पर यात्रा की लगातार मॉनिटरिंग करती है। यात्रा मार्गो में भी विभिन्न मूलभूत सुविधाएं स्थापित की गई हैं। उन्होंने कहा चार धाम यात्रा राज्य की लाइफलाइन भी है। यह यात्रा लाखों लोगों की आजीविका का साधन भी है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा राज्य सरकार का संकल्प है कि चार धाम यात्रा साल भर चले, जिसके लिए राज्य में शीतकालीन यात्रा को भी प्रारंभ किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने राज्य में शीतकालीन यात्रा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मुखवा, उत्तरकाशी में मां गंगा के दर्शन किए थे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने समस्त प्रदेशवासियों की ओर से प्रधानमंत्री का आभार किया। उन्होंने कहा केदारनाथ का पुनर्निर्माण कार्य प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में हो रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री केदारनाथ पुनर्निर्माण कार्य की नियमित समीक्षा करते हैं। 2000 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से केदारनाथ का भव्य निर्माण कार्य जारी है। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में केंद्र सरकार ने गौरीकुंड से केदारनाथ तक रोपवे निर्माण कार्य को स्वीकृति प्रदान की है।
इस अवसर गीता पुष्कर धामी, विधायक आशा नौटियाल, डॉ. मधु भट्ट, कर्नल अजय कोठियाल, तीर्थ पुरोहित निवास पोस्ती, अंकित सेमवाल, उमेश पोस्ती हिमांशु चमोली एवं अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
