79.31 लाख रु. समारोह की अध्यक्षता पार्षद रजनी थोट्टुंगल ने की। लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिशासी अभियंता एन. श्रीजयन ने रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की। उपजिला शिक्षा अधिकारी के जीजा, प्रधानाध्यापक पी अली अशरफ, यूआरसी साउथ बीपीसी सी प्रवीण कुमार, स्टाफ सचिव जयन मलयिल, पीटीए अध्यक्ष वी उबैद, राजनीतिक पार्टी संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों और अन्य ने बात की।
