उप मुख्यमंत्री राजेन्द्र शुक्ल अहमदाबाद में आयोजित “मेगा ब्राह्मण बिजनेस समिट-4” में शामिल हुए। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने समाज के प्रबुद्ध जनों से संवाद किया और ब्राह्मण समाज के आर्थिक, शैक्षणिक और व्यावसायिक उत्थान पर अपने विचार रखे। समिट में गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र पटेल, केंद्रीय मंत्री सी.आर. पाटिल, पूर्व राज्यपाल कलराज मिश्र, पूर्व उप मुख्यमंत्री नितिन पटेल, राज्यसभा सांसद मयंक नायक सहित अनेक गणमान्यजन उपस्थित रहे।
तीन दिवसीय इस आयोजन में ब्राह्मण उद्योगपतियों के 300 से अधिक स्टॉल लगाए गए हैं, जहां व्यवसाय और स्टार्टअप को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में मार्गदर्शन दिया जा रहा है।
राज्य एवं केंद्र सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी समाज तक पहुंचाने, नए उद्यमियों को प्रोत्साहित करने और बी2बी/बी2सी बैठकों के माध्यम से व्यापार को बढ़ावा देने के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
समिट में समाज के प्रतिभाशाली व्यक्तियों को “ब्रह्म रत्न सम्मान” प्रदान किया गया। युवाओं के लिए रोजगार मेले का आयोजन किया गया, जिससे अधिक से अधिक युवक-युवतियों को रोजगार के अवसर मिल सकें। समिट में देशभर से 2 लाख से अधिक ब्राह्मण समाजजन की सहभागिता रही। इस दौरान धार्मिक अनुष्ठान, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम और सामूहिक विवाह मेलों का भी आयोजन किया गया।
