मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने मई दिवस पर सभी श्रमिक भाई-बहनों को हार्दिक बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने अपने शुभकामना संदेश में कहा कि राज्य एवं देश के विकास में श्रमिकों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। श्रम एवं श्रमिकों का सम्मान, हमारी संस्कृति का अंग है, उन्हें सम्मान दें तथा अपने श्रम, निष्ठा और ईमानदारी के साथ राज्य को विकास की नई ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंचाने का संकल्प लें।
. नीतीश कुमार के कर-कमलों द्वारा आज 1, अण्णे मार्ग स्थित ‘संकल्प’ में ‘बिहार का नवनिर्माण 20 साल विकास के, बदलते बिहार के’ का लोकार्पण किया गया। इस अवसर पर उप मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी एवं जल संसाधन- सह-संसदीय कार्य मंत्री विजय कुमार चौधरी मौजूद रहे।. मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने जाति जनगणना कराने के फैसले के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का अभिनंदन तथा धन्यवाद किया। उन्होंने कहा कि जाति जनगणना कराने का केंद्र सरकार का फैसला स्वागतयोग्य है। जाति जनगणना कराने की हमलोगों की मांग पुरानी है। यह बेहद खुशी की बात है कि केन्द्र सरकार ने जाति जनगणना कराने का निर्णय लिया है। जाति जनगणना कराने से विभिन्न वर्गों के लोगों की संख्या का पता चलेगा जिससे उनके उत्थान एवं विकास के लिए योजनाएं बनाने में सहूलियत होगी। इससे देश के विकास को गति मिलेगी।. पटना के जिलाधिकारी डॉ. चंद्रशेखर सिंह की अध्यक्षता में प्रोजेक्ट मॉनिटरिंग ग्रुप की समीक्षा बैठक हुई। बैठक में 30 से अधिक विकास परियोजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में आ रही बाधाओं को दूर किया गया। सभी परियोजनाओं में अच्छी प्रगति है। निर्माण एजेन्सीज़ को कार्यों में एसओपी के अनुसार सभी मापदंडों का अनुपालन करने तथा अधिकारियों को अंतर्विभागीय समन्वय स्थापित कर परियोजनाओं में तेज़ी लाने के निर्देश दिये गये।. नालंदा के जिलाधिकारी शशांक शुभंकर की अध्यक्षता में जनता दरबार का आयोजन हुआ। उन्होंने जनता दरबार में आये कुल 19 आवेदकों की समस्याएं सुनी एवं उसके निदान हेतु उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को उचित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।. बेगूसराय के जिलाधिकारी तुषार सिंगला की अध्यक्षता में जिलान्तर्गत संभावित बाढ़ पूर्व तैयारियों को लेकर बैठक हुई । उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्र अंतर्गत बाढ़ पूर्व सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां पूर्ण कर लें जिससे किसी प्रकार की क्षति न हो।. बक्सर के जिलाधिकारी अंशुल अग्रवाल की अध्यक्षता में पंचायती राज विभाग एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक हुई। उन्होंने विभाग द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिये।. भोजपुर के जिलाधिकारी तनय सुल्तानिया की अध्यक्षता में जिलास्तरीय समन्वय समिति की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक हुई। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को कई आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये।
