मुख्य सचिव सुधांश पंत ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी जनता की आकांक्षाओं के अनुरूप धरातल पर रहकर कार्य करें। समस्याओं का पूर्ण रूप से निस्तारण करते हुए पानी, बिजली और चिकित्सा जैसी आवश्यक सेवाओं का नियमित रूप से निरीक्षण कर पाई जाने वाली समस्याओं का भी शीघ्र निस्तारण करें। वह अपने क्षेत्र की व्यवस्थाओं के लिए उत्तरदायी होगें।
मुख्य सचिव रविवार को शासन सचिवालय में बिजली, पेयजल, चिकित्सा एवं गुड गवर्नेंस से संबंधित आयोजित बैठक में वीसी के माध्यम से प्रदेश के संभागीय आयुक्त एवं जिला कलक्टरों एवं अन्य जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों के कार्यो की समीक्षा कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन की जिला वाटर एवं सेनिटेशन मिशन की तरह संभाग स्तरीय अधिकारियों को सम्मिलित करते हुए संभाग स्तर पर भी कमेटी का गठन किया जाये।
पंत ने कहा कि संभागीय आयुक्त, जिला कलक्टर सहित अन्य अधिकारी तहसील एवं उपखण्ड स्तर पर रात्रि चौपाल आयोजित कर आमजन की समस्याओं को सुने। रात्रि चौपाल के दौरान अधिकारी राजकीय सुविधा का ही उपयोग करें। सभी विभाग एवं अधिकारी मिलकर जल संरक्षण एवं वर्षा जल संग्रहण को महत्व दे एवं प्रत्येक परिवार को पेड़ लगाने व बचाने के लिए प्रेरित करें व पर्यावरण शुद्धि के लिए ज्यादा से ज्यादा पेड़ लगावाने और उनके संरक्षण के लिए आमजन को जागरूक किया जाये।
मुख्य सचिव ने बिजली विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि इस गर्मी के मौसम में विशेष रूप से सांयकाल एवं रात्रि के समय बिजली की निर्बाध आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करे एवं यदि आवश्यकता पडे़ तो अतिरिक्त विद्युत क्रय करे।उन्होंने कहा कि बिजली, पेयजल और चिकित्सा की आवश्यकताओं को उचित प्रबन्धन से पूर्ण किया जाये और इन विभागों के अधिकारियों को यदि धरातल पर कोई समस्या आती है तो पूरा प्रशासन साथ मिलकर इनका सहयोग करें। उन्होंने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन कार्यक्रम में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही या अनियमितता नहीं होनी चाहिए। सभी कार्य पूर्ण गुणवत्ता के साथ नियमानुसार एवं गाईडलाइन के अनुसार समय पर पूर्ण करवाये जाये।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि प्रदेश में सुशासन और पारदर्शिता के लिए ई-फाईलिंग सिस्टम को अब सभी अधिनस्थ कार्यालयों में लागू करने के लिए आवश्यक कार्यवाही करते हुए ई-फाईल के डिस्पोजल टाईम की भी समय.समय पर मॉनिटरिंग करें। उन्होंने राजस्थान सम्पर्क पोर्टल पर दर्ज प्रकरणों का निस्तारण निर्धारित समयावधि में गुणवत्तापूर्वक पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये।
बैठक में अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, गृह, आपदा प्रबन्धन एवं सहायता आनंद कुमार, प्रमुख शासन सचिव, उद्योग अजिताभ शर्मा, जलदाय शासन सचिव डॉ. समित शर्मा, प्रबन्ध निदेशक, जयपुर विद्युत वितरण निगम लिमिटेड भानू प्रकाश अटरू, मिशन निदेशक एन.एच.एम डॉ. जितेन्द्र सोनी, जल जीवन मिशन निदेशक बचनेश अग्रवाल सहित संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहें।
