ICICI Bank ने कहा कि हाल ही में जारी किए गए लगभग 17,000 क्रेडिट कार्ड का ब्योरा गलत उपयोगकर्ताओं से जुड़ने का मामला सामने आने के बाद सारे कार्ड ब्लॉक कर दिए गए हैं। प्राइवेट सेक्टर की अग्रणी Bankों में शामिल ICICI Bank में एक बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है। बताया जा रहा है कि 17 हजार से ज्यादा क्रेडिट कार्ड यूजर्स का डाटा लीक हो गया है।
आनन-फानन में Bank द्वारा सभी क्रेडिट कार्ड को Block कर दिया गया है, ICICI Bank ने कहा कि हाल ही में जारी किए गए लगभग 17,000 क्रेडिट कार्ड का ब्योरा गलत उपयोगकर्ताओं से जुड़ने का मामला सामने आने के बाद सारे कार्ड ब्लॉक कर दिए गए हैं।
इस मामले में किसी भी कार्ड के किसी दुरुपयोग की सूचना नहीं है। लेकिन, उसने कहा कि ग्राहक को किसी भी तरह का वित्तीय नुकसान होने पर वह उसका मुआवजा देने को तैयार है।
2 दिन पहले से चल रही थी चर्चा Social Media पर बुधवार शाम से ही Bank की इस गलती को लेकर चर्चा चल रही थी। हालांकि अब इसे सुधार लिया गया है।गलत ‘Maping’ के कारण Bank का पुराना उपयोगकर्ता नए क्रेडिट कार्ड ग्राहक के बारे में पूरी जानकारी को देख पा रहा था।
ICICI Bank के एक प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि इस समस्या की चपेट में आए क्रेडिट उसके कुल कार्ड पोर्टफोलियो का केवल 0.1 प्रतिशत हैं। इन सभी कार्ड को ब्लॉक कर दिया गया है और ग्राहकों को नये कार्ड जारी किए जाएंगे।
