उपायुक्त रमेश घोलप के निर्देशानुसार शनिवार को अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सिमरिया सन्नी राज के नेतृत्व में जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, खान निरीक्षक जिला खनन कार्यालय चतरा,थाना प्रभारी टंडवा के साथ संयुक्त रूप से खनिजों के अवैध उत्खनन /परिवहन/भंडारण हेतु टंडवा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत भिन्न भिन्न बालू घाटों एवं क्षेत्रों का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में खनन पदाधिकारी द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि क्रमश बड़की/उदशु/बिंगलात बालू घाटों से बालू का उठाव करते नही पाया गया।
इसी दौरान सिमरिया टंडवा मुख्य मार्ग पर अवैध बालू एवं स्टोन चिप्स खनिज का बिना वैध कागजात के परिवहन करते पाए जाने पर कुल 06 ट्रैक्टर को खनिज सहित पकड़ा गया, जिसमें चार ट्रेक्टर वाहन के ट्रॉली पर 100- 100सीएफटी
बालू एवं दो ट्रेक्टर पर 100- 100 सीएफटी स्टोन चिप्स लोड था। सभी वाहनों को जप्त कर अगले आदेश तक टंडवा थाना में सुरक्षार्थ रखा गया है।
आगे उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि अवैध खनन/ परिवहन के खिलाफ निरंतर करवाई जारी रहेगी एवं अवैधकर्ता के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
