मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय के प्रयासों से छत्तीसगढ़ के शासकीय अस्पतालों की सुविधाओं में लगातार विस्तार हो रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्याम बिहारी जायसवाल के प्रयासों से राज्य के मरीजों का विश्वास सरकारी अस्पतालों के प्रति मजबूत हुआ है। जशपुर के रामप्यारे और दीनदयाल स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के विस्तार को लेकर अपनी कहानी बयान कर रहे हैं।
राम प्यारे को दीर्घायु वार्ड में मिला निःशुल्क उपचार
कैंसर का उपचार कराने में मेरी पूरी जमा पूंजी खत्म हो गयी घर बेचने तक की नौबत आ गयी, ऐसे में जिला अस्पताल का दीर्घायु वार्ड मेरे लिए संकटमोचक बना जहां मुझे निःशुल्क उपचार के साथ दवाइयां भी मिल रहीं हैं। ये कहना है राजापारा निवासी 60 वर्षीय रामप्यारे राम का। राम प्यारे शासकीय मॉडल स्कूल में भृत्य के पद पर कार्यरत हैं।
कई सालों से उनके पेट में दर्द एवं जलन की शिकायत थी। प्रारम्भ में जब राम प्यारे ने अम्बिकापुर में निजी अस्पताल में जांच कराई तो पेट में अल्सर होने की बात कह कर चिकित्सकों ने ईलाज प्रारम्भ किया। दो साल तक उपचार होने के बाद आराम ना मिलने पर उन्होंने रायपुर के निजी अस्पताल में अपने ईलाज कराया। जांच में पता चला कि उन्हें अमाशय का कैंसर है।
वहां से दूसरे निजी अस्पताल रेफर किया गया। जहां उनका एक साल तक उपचार चला। इस ईलाज में उनकी घर की सारी जमा पूँजी खत्म हो गयी। स्थिति ऐसी बनी कि उन्हें अपना घर बेचने तक की नौबत आ गयी थी। वे कर्ज के बोझ तले दबते चले गए। बच्चों ने जहां से बन पड़ा कर्ज लेकर ईलाज कराने की कोशिश की।
ऐसे में उन्हें जिला अस्पताल में निःशुल्क उपचार के संबंध में जानकारी मिली। उन्होंने यहां पर अपना उपचार कराना प्रारम्भ किया। अब उन्हें ईलाज के लिए बार बार रायपुर के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ते। राम प्यारे बताते हैं कि उनके ईलाज में प्रति माह 90 हज़ार से 1 लाख तक हो जाते थे। ऊपर से आने जाने और अन्य खर्चें अलग से करना पड़ता था। यहां पर उपचार निःशुल्क हो जाता है और कहीं जाने के खर्च की भी जरूरत नहीं पड़ती। इसके लिए उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय एवं शासन का धन्यवाद दिया।
दीनदयाल की परेशानी में आशा की राह बना दीर्घायु वार्ड
कांसाबेल के कैंसर पीड़ित मरीज दीनदयाल यादव ने बताया कि उन्हें सितम्बर 2023 से कई शारीरिक दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा था। पहले जब जांच कराई तो हैड्रोसिल की समस्या का पहचान कर उसका ईलाज किया गया। पर शारीरिक व्याधि फिर भी बढ़ती रही पेट में सूजन हो गया। एक दिन वे घर पर काम करते हुए बेहोश हो गए तो 2-3 दिनों तक बेहोशी की हालत में कुनकुरी में ईलाज चलता रहा। जहां बीमारी का ज्ञान ना होने पर अम्बिकापुर में भी जांच हुई तो चिकित्सकों ने मेडिकल कॉलेज रायपुर जाने की सलाह दी। जहां पर चिकित्सकों की जांच में किडनी का कैंसर होने की बात सामने आई।
घर में राजमिस्त्री का कार्य कर पूरे घर की जिम्मेदारी अपने ऊपर उठाने वाले दीनदयाल की इस हालत से पूरे परिवार में डर का माहौल फैल गया था, पर डॉक्टरों ने समझाया की उन्हें आर्थिक बोझ ना हो इसके लिए वे अपने जिले में ही इसका उपचार करा सकते हैं। जब वे जशपुर आये तो दीर्घायु वार्ड में उनका निःशुल्क उपचार आयुष्मान कार्ड योजना द्वारा प्रारम्भ हुआ। दीनदयाल का जहां बिस्तर से उठना बोलना भी दूभर हो गया था। अब धीरे-धीरे वह ठीक होने लगे हैं वे अब खुद उठ कर बैठने की अवस्था में आ गए हैं। इसके लिए दीनदयाल एवं उनकी पत्नी ने मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय को भी धन्यवाद दिया।
